We will disclose your information publicly only with your explicit consent, or where necessary to protect your or the public's personal or property safety due to a serious breach of our rules. Our products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions. To provide localized service to overseas customers, your personal information (such as inquiry content and contact details) may be transferred to subsidiaries, authorized distributors or cloud service providers in your country or region. In such cases we will:
- where applicable, inform you of the recipient's name or category, contact details, purpose and means of processing;

For example: inquiry and business-contact records are generally retained for 2 years after the end of the relationship; web access logs for no more than 1 year; unsuccessful candidate resumes for no more than 6 months (unless you consent to a longer period). Once the period expires, we delete or anonymize the data.
Security measures: we adopt industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including transport encryption (SSL/TLS), encryption of sensitive data at rest, role-based access control, regular security assessments and audits, staff confidentiality training, and an incident-response mechanism for personal-information security events.
No environment on the internet is 100% secure. Please keep your account and password safe and avoid disclosing them. If a leak, alteration or loss occurs or is likely to occur, we will immediately take remedial action and, as required by law, notify affected individuals and report to the competent authority.

- Right to explanation: request an explanation of our processing rules.
You may exercise these rights through the contact details in Section 2.
